Branding • Art Direction
Task: Overhaul Sigma Beauty's brand identity in order to better reflect the company's philosophy and to better position them within the cosmetics industry. This was achieved through the introduction of a new logo, new artistic direction, updated packaging, and a more elevated brand voice.
About the Branding: Symbolized by Σ, the capital Greek letter for a mathematical sum called "Sigma", I introduced a more stylized version of the Greek letter and incorporated it into the letterform logo in an unexpected way as a replacement for the "m". The symbol and the wordmark are designed to function both individually, and together as one element.
Skincare Brush Set Launch
Task: Design multi-channel assets for Sigma's Skincare Brush Set launch.
I worked with product and model photography that was shot by Sigma's in-house photography team and utilized design elements to best showcase this unique product and its function.
Back to School Campaign
Task: Art direct a photoshoot and lead designer in completion of a campaign designed to target younger customers between ages 14-18.
This campaign was the result of my photo and design direction and was a financially successful campaign that drove sales of discontinued product at a discounted price.
Email Marketing
Task: Design newsletters which target specific customers in relation to product launches, promotions, offers, discounts, and sales.
I design, code, and send anywhere between 2-5 marketing newsletters each week. These go to direct customers, PRO makeup artists, affiliates and influencers, and wholesale retailers.
